There
are two ways to reach Krabi by road. One route is the Phuket-
Koh Phi Phi – Krabi and the other one is via Surat
Thani or Nakhon Si Thammarat.
The second one from the eastern coast of the
peninsula.
Many
of the tourist, especially those who arrive by the
east coast take the second route and proceed to Krabi
on their way to Phuket.
There
is regular songtao
service between Krabi town and Ao nang.
The white songtao takes 30 minutes for a trip.
Chartering a country boat is more interesting.
It is only marginally expensive.
