The
Krabi property and real estate market is
compared to other southern Thai provinces still
less developed and except of the so called
Aonang area there is plenty of opportunities for
development companies and the astude investor.
The Klong Muang area is most probably the best
future investment site since the recent opening
of the
Sheraton Krabi Beach Resort and the ever
present Royal Residence in the neighbourhood.
We
shall not forget to mention the
Nakamanda Resort and
Andaman Holiday Resort which opened quite
some time ago and are well established Krabi
hotels and are enjoying frequent visitors.
We
expect further high class resorts and hotels to
open soon and there are some projects in the
pipeline.
The Ao Namao area which is close to the famous
Gastropod Fossil is another opportunity, but the
beaches ( especially the beach sand colour) is
less attractive to the general eye. However the
nearby Railay Bay could elude the sand factor.
In
general we are optimistic about the future Krabi
property market and we can only hope that wise
and natural loving real estate developers and
property investors will enter the market.
A
perfect example is the project of
Thara
Heights which is currently featured
in our website. The site is on the hill of Klong
Muang Beach and we are excited to see the
development process.
There is many other sites like the Thalane Bay
and Tubkaek Beach but these beach regions in
Krabi are still mostly undeveloped except some
villas and resorts built there.
